The legendary French interior and furniture designer Pierre Paulin bestrode the 1960’s and 70’s with his recognizable and innovative style that instantly revolutionized everyday furniture. He is perhaps best remembered for his Modernist chairs, which he created using foam and metallic frames over which he stretched various fabrics and elastics.
